The primary change to the OAR application was a new Section V. Use of Contractors/Subcontractors. This new Section V consolidated and clarified the responsibilities regarding an insured’s use of contractors/subcontractors.
When re-creating an application, the agent or insured applicant, whoever is completing the application, must type in a new signature. Signatures are not copied over.
A new file size limitation was established for the attachments section.
Other changes to the OAR application included editorial, formatting and cosmetic updates to simplify the application experience. |
