How to apply for Michigan Assigned Risk Plan coverage online:

Register to use the Online Assigned Risk
(OAR) website |
|
|
2.
Create a new application.
·
Complete all
sections.
·
You may not advance to a new page if errors exist.
|
|
|
3.
Submit the application.
·
The MWCPF
will review the application.
·
Feedback will be provided within two business days.
|
|
|
4. Receive email notification.
·
MWCPF will advise if additional information is required.
·
Original effective date is maintained if additional information
is provided within two business days.
·
MWCPF will request payment when no additional information
is required.

|
5. Make payment.
·
Electronic payment from the agent or insured account
is required within two business days.
·
Credit Card payments are not accepted.
|

|
6.
Receive confirmation email:
·
Coverage will become effective 12:01 a.m. the day after the application was submitted or at 12:01 a.m. on a future date requested.
